1. Formation of agreement

A binding agreement is formed when you accept a written quote and pay the deposit.Submitting the project wizard constitutes digital acceptance of our Terms, Payment Policy, and Project Agreement.

2. Payment terms

Standard websites: 50% deposit before work starts, 50% before final website transfer and launch.

The deposit is non-refundable once design work has begun.

Final source files, domain handover, and go-live occur only after final payment is confirmed.

3. Approval checkpoints

Client approval checkpoints: written quote → deposit → design approval → build milestones → pre-launch review → final payment → transfer.

4. Change requests

All post-approval changes go through our change request process — quoted separately before work proceeds.

5. Pause and cancellation

Projects may be paused or cancelled per our Project Agreement. Work completed to date is invoiced; deposits are non-refundable after design begins.

6. Intellectual property

Until full payment is received, all concepts, designs, and source code remain the property of Dreamwise Agency.
