Change Request Policy
1. What is a change request?
A change request is any addition or modification outside the written quote you approved — extra pages, features, integrations, design direction changes after sign-off, or additional revision rounds.
2. Included revisions
- Landing Page: 2 revision rounds
- Business Website: 3 revision rounds
- Website + Booking: 3 revision rounds
- E-commerce Website: 4 revision rounds
- Custom Apps & Systems: Quoted per project
3. Change request process
- Submit change details via email or the contact form
- We assess impact on timeline and cost
- Written change order quote sent for your approval
- Work begins only after change order is accepted and invoiced
4. Policy summary
All post-approval changes go through our change request process — quoted separately before work proceeds.
